Careful consideration is given to safety, buildability, logistical and quality issues within the installation works during the design phase. This will usually involve close collaboration with interfacing contractors and lifting/access plant providers. Our approach is always to anticipate the practical issues and challenges that our installation works present to ensure that solutions are first and foremost safe to build, whilst also maintaining high quality standards.
We operate a well established Quality Management System throughout all phases of the installation process and each project has a bespoke Quality Plan which identifies the appropriate hold/inspection points. The Quality Plan is issued to the appropriate parties for comment/approval in the early stages of our appointment and provides a clear reference as works progress. The Quality Plan is populated with all relevant documentation and photographic material to provide a comprehensive record of the completed works.
Our installation works are undertaken by carefully selected labour only subcontractors all of whom have been pre-qualified by stringent assessment criteria ensuring that they possess the requisite skill and safety accreditations. Fixing teams are supervised by directly employed Dane Project and Site Managers throughout the installation process.
