Building 11 & 12, Wellington Place, Leeds

We are delighted to have been appointed by Wates to deliver the glazed façade to the latest phase of the Wellington Place development. The two buildings are joined by a central link bridge and together provide circa 245,000 ft² of prime office and retail space. Dane's scope includes Schuco curtain walling with projecting horizontal and vertical extruded feature profiles together with perforated aluminium panels, composite cladding, balustrades and doors. Site installation starts late 2021 with completion due by September 2022.
