Contract award, Miles Street, Vauxhall, London

Following the successful completion of three previous student accommodation schemes for Downing Construction, Dane have been awarded a £15.8m contract to deliver facades for this mixed use development. The scheme comprises a six storey commercial office building next to a thirty seven storey student residential tower. Dane works include Schuco windows, curtain wall and entrance doors as well as S.F.S off site manufactured wall panels and Marley Equitone rainscreen panels. Site installation commences in December 2019 with completion due in the summer of 2021.
