New year starts with Dane securing three major new projects

2020 promises to be another very busy year at Dane following the awarding of three major new projects.

Dane shall be working with BAM on the refurbishment of 25 Cannon Street. This prestigious scheme adjacent to St. Pauls Cathedral will see Dane providing bronze anodised windows, doors and shopfronts to the Portland stone facades. Our works commence on site in July with completion expected in June 2021.

We are pleased to have secured our first project working with St George (The Berkleley Group) at London Dock, Block C2/C3. Dane's scope includes all facades with circa 6500m² of curtain walling, insert vents and doors, aluminium and GRC rainscreen cladding, both on balconies and glazed balustrades. Installation is due to start in June with completion due in the spring of 2022.

Our third major new project is the new Sunderland City Council offices which are being built by Bowmer & Kirkland on the site of the former Vaux brewery. Our works here include circa 7000m² of curtain wall with "exo-skeleton" feature fins, together with cladding, louvers and rooflights. Works are starting on site in July with completion in June 2021.
